太陽餅通常不會有這種質感。如邑堂跟江振誠的聯名做到了。「法式國王太陽餅」，酥鬆的千層餅皮搭配經典的杏仁奶油內餡，搭配一點蘭姆酒香點綴，一入口就在嘴裡化開。
這次我也試了其他的口味，其中我最喜歡的兩款分別是：「鹽之花起司太陽餅」，用的是來自法國的卡瑪格鹽之花搭配帕馬森起司粉，鹹鹹甜甜。「濃抹茶太陽餅」，抹茶香氣超濃郁，甜度剛剛好。不帶回荷蘭跟家人分享就太說不過去了，我相信我媽也會很喜歡。
小提醒：放進烤箱一分鐘，整個層次直接升級。
Sun cakes don’t usually feel this premium. Ruyi Tang’s collab with André Chiang does: Sun Cake des Rois, the fleur de sel cheese, and the matcha. They’re all so delicious and just fall apart right in your mouth. Definitely bringing these back to Holland.
Pro tip: Pop it in the oven for a minute and it upgrades to a whole different level.
